At Momento Lounge & Gallery, we aim to maintain a respectful, safe, and inspiring environment for guests, artists, photographers, and event hosts. By accessing our space, using our services, submitting inquiries, or booking time or membership, you agree to the policies outlined below.
1. Privacy Policy
We collect personal information such as your name, email, phone number, and any details submitted through inquiry forms, applications, or bookings. This information is used solely to communicate with you, process inquiries, manage membership applications, or confirm event reservations.
We may use analytics tools to understand website traffic and user experience. Your information will never be sold and is only shared with third-party services strictly necessary for communication, administration, or payment processing.
By submitting a form, you consent to being contacted regarding services you expressed interest in. You may request removal of your information at any time by contacting us.
2. General Website Terms
All content, images, branding, and written material on this website are owned by Momento Lounge & Gallery and may not be copied, redistributed, or used commercially without written permission. Information on the site is provided for general reference and may be updated or changed at any time.
3. Event Booking Terms
Event bookings are reviewed individually and are confirmed only after written approval from our team. Pricing is customized based on event type, duration, staffing requirements, preparation needs, and space usage.
A deposit may be required to secure the date. Remaining balances must be paid by the deadline provided in the confirmation email or contract.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests may incur fees depending on notice given. Deposits may be non-refundable. Damages caused during an event — including furniture, fixtures, art, or surfaces — are the responsibility of the event organizer and may incur additional charges.
4. Photography & Creative Rental Terms
Photography and filming sessions must be booked in advance and approved by our team. Usage is permitted only during the confirmed rental window, including setup and pack-down time.
No glitter, smoke devices, powders, liquids, paint, or materials that may stain or damage the space are permitted without written approval. Furniture and decor may only be rearranged with permission and must be returned to the original layout.
Images created in the space may not imply partnership, sponsorship, or endorsement by Momento unless approved. We may request permission to share content captured here with proper credit, though participation is optional.
5. Artist Membership Terms
Artist membership provides access to the space during designated member hours. Members must bring their own materials and are responsible for maintaining a clean and respectful work environment. Storage of materials is not permitted unless explicitly agreed upon.
Noise levels must remain low. Members are expected to respect other creatives in the space and the environment as a shared asset. Membership may be discontinued at any time if guidelines are not followed.
Membership fees are paid in advance and are non-refundable unless required by local law.
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refund eligibility varies by service type. Deposits are often non-refundable due to the nature of reservation-based scheduling. Membership and rental fees are not refundable once access has begun. If an event or booking must be rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances, we will work with you to find an alternative date where possible.
7. Liability & Safety
All visitors, members, renters, and event attendees assume responsibility for their personal safety and belongings. Momento Lounge & Gallery is not liable for injury, lost items, or incidents arising from negligence, misuse, or failure to follow guidelines.
Emergency exits and venue instructions must be followed at all times.
8. Policy Updates
Policies may be revised periodically as the space evolves. Continued use of the space or submission of an inquiry indicates agreement to the most current version of these terms.
