Rental Guidelines
To protect the space and maintain the creative environment, all rentals require respectful use of furniture, artwork, and fixtures. Rearranging items must be approved and returned to their original placement. No food, glitter, smoke effects, paint, or materials that may stain or damage surfaces are permitted unless pre-approved. Setup and pack-down time must be included within your booking, and any damage or extra cleaning fees may apply.
